Corinthian Gardens is specifically for those over the age of 62.  If your household is made up of persons under the age of 62, at least 1 person over the age of 18 must have a mobility impairment in order to qualify.

The property may or may not have a waitlist at the time you apply.  Applications will be time and date stamped upon receipt by the property manager.  A completed, signed original application with all required documents is required for the property to run a background check and proceed with your application. 

 

Applicants with incomplete applications or missing documents will be contacted and given 10 days to complete the application and/or provide relevant documents and will only be background checked upon completion or provision of required documents.
